Victoria Forms have three services available via G-Cloud 13 – launched on 9th November 2022.

G-Cloud 13 is hosted on the Contract Award Service (CAS) and buyers can access and buy services via the Public Procurement Gateway (PPG):

Electronic Forms and Cloud-Based Processing System

Victoria Forms design specialised electronic forms solutions; providing a library of 325+ online template eForms and Calculators for: Revenues, Benefits, Licensing, HMO, Environmental Health, Planning and more. Our eForms are tailored for corporate branding, provide in-form intelligence and data validation; plus options for PDF/XML export, evidence capture, and payment integration.

VF Creator Electronic Cloud-Based Forms System

Victoria Forms supply VF Creator; Intelligent Online Forms Design Software to enable anyone to build smart eForms and streamline administration. Giving full control over the design process without needing technical skills, includes error checking, validation and evidence upload option. Integration available with Back Office Systems, Document Management, CRM and Portals.

Simplified CTR Application Processing and Management System

Victoria Forms offer a simplified Council Tax Reduction Application process, designed to match the Local Authority’s CTR Scheme. The Application process calculates eligibility in real time, dramatically reducing application processing resources. An Application Management System is also available; to store information, assist with forecasting, recalculate eligibility, automate reviews and more.

Custom Forms Design
