iESE have congratulated Shepway’s customer focussed approach in their special “2018 Award Winners” issue of Transform Magazine:

“Shepway has demonstrated excellence in its approach to the design of the new services starting with a clear, evidence-based understanding of how the customer interacted with the council. The transformation was not solely the development of a new digital service, but a strong fundamental redesign, centred around the customer, of the application process itself.”

Andrew Hatcher, Housing Benefits Manager at Shepway, thanked Victoria Forms for supporting Shepway’s Project over the past 18 months, adding:

“The iESE Awards were open to any local government agency/department.  To beat teams like Milton Keynes and Aylesbury Vale (who are known for their digital work and innovation) was quite an achievement.”
