Online Training Needs Analysis

Victoria Forms new online Training Needs Analysis service allows Local Authority managers to:
Accurately assess the skill levels of Revenues & Benefits Department staff
Identify knowledge areas where staff excel, and areas where skill levels can be improved
Identify where to target limited training resources to achieve the most benefit
How it works
You provide Victoria Forms with a list of staff names and email addresses for each of the knowledge areas to be assessed
A Training Needs Analysis Assessment Campaign will be created for you
Staff are emailed a link to the assessment
Each staff member completes the assessment
You will immediately receive individual assessment results as they are completed
The system will automatically send reminders where staff have yet to complete an assessment
When all assessments are completed, you will receive a departmental report with automatic analysis of results. You can identify areas of strength and weakness for individuals and your whole team

Free Text Answers & Expert Marking
As well as multiple choice questions, facilitating automatic scoring, we can also add questions requiring a free text response. An expert marker is notified of a new submission, and they follow guidelines to grade free-text answers. You can provide marking in-house, or our partner, OnStream, can provide an expert marking service.
